Pro's and Con's

This new years eve I unfortunately have to work. Now normally i would just say that this really suck, but surprisingly enough there are some high points to this. I have to perform in a magic show in Pennsylvania, a huge new years eve spectacular (as al my magician would say)! We will be performing in a dinner theatre, for the owners of hershey park. All the big kahunas lol including the ceo, the president, etc. and their families. It's a private new years eve party, and a couple of agents are coming so were gonna cross our fingers in hopes they like our show. If they do, It could mean big things for us such as MOre bookings at dinner theatres and better locations. Im pretty excited but some things aren't as great either, so here ya go people my ramblings on this whole new years eve bit!

Pro's
1) Jon is allowed to come, so I won't be spending New years eve without him
2) Were staying in the hershey lodge which is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! They have an indoor pool, saunas,hottubs,mini golf courses,a game room a choclate spa ;-) outdoor pool that turs into a drive in movie theatre, a gym/fitness room, and just about anything you can think of (didn't I say it sounded amazing? lol)
3) Jon and I will be getting a one night mini vacation in thiis amzing place for free (it's in our contract that if its far they supply us with a room)
4) My friend/dance teacher/fellow magicians assistant Andrea will be traveling with us, and we always have fun together.
5) We're only doing 2 shows, so i won't be working all night, and If Jon,Andrea, and I wanna go out afterwards we can still watch the ball drop
6) Ill be getting paid lol thats always a plus

Con's
1) Im working on New year's eve and staying over til New years day, so Jon and I won't be spending the holliday with all our friends and family like we usually do!
2) Sometimes when there's a big show like this Al (the magician) tends to get a little antsy and is a tad more difficult to work with than usual.
3) Jon will have to wait for me to finish my shows (YOu might wanna bring a book hunny)
4) We'll be in an unfamiliar place, so if we want to go out, we'll have no idea where to go!
5) The costumes were wearing are a little christmassy and totally do not flatter myself or Andrea haha actually one is def. embarassing! I think we would both agree on that!

Well there ya go! My pro's and Con's, it was a close contest..................................drum roll please lol....................................................the Pro's Win!! Hopefully since the Pro's won We'll have a great time~ Thanks for letting me ramble on ha

AHHhHhHHHHhH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after an amazing christmas I just realized that................ theres only 2 weeks til Jon and I go to Las Vegas!!!!!!!!!!! W0o0o0 lol sorry we are a little excited! Especially now bc my mom just got us tickets to go to the price is right show. I am such a dork I have been a vivid watcher of the price is right since I was maybe 4 years old. I aboslutelely loved it, I wanted to go on the show when I was 18 and meet Bob Barker haha seriously!! I had it all planned out I was gonna win a car and everything :) Well now im older and realize the likliness of that, but thats okay! It will still be a blast!!! Keep your fingers crossed for my family that one of us will get called down!!!

Surprise!!!!

I dunno if you guys know that i have three different Jobs! My first and foremost one is my teaching position at my dance school, my second job is performing as a magicians assistant, and the third and final one is my job at Davis Cosmetic Plastic surgery center. Well now that we've covered all of my awesome fun jobs, i wanted to share something really interesting that i found out at job #3 today. Let me start off by saying, that a lot of people are really uneasy about surgery to alter your body, as they should be. It's not exactly a decision you should just jump into. What if it turns out badly? What if you die? what if you don;t like what you just paid for to happen? These are all the normal questions we get at the office when someone is considering surgery. Well our Doctor,is extremely qualified! So overly qualified that he has never had a single complaint on anything he has done! He is very very good, i can vouch since i look at the patients all day long lol. Anyway we had a lady come in a couple weeks ago for a breast augmentation, who had her post op today. It was her first surgery that of course came out absolutely amazing, but thats not the weird surprising part. The amazing thing is before her surgery she was never able to get pregnant. She has been trying for 6 years, well after she had her breast augmentation, she became pregnant. How amazing is that? lol She's not only extremely happy with how she looks, thanks to Dr. Davis she is now able to start her own family! What an awesome christmas gift that must be! She is 2 weeks pregnant right now, n i hope things continue to go well for her! hah who ever heard of such a thing! She said it was the best decision she had ever made!!! Here's proof that Miracles do happen!!

People Amaze me!

People really amaze me sometimes! Especaially around the hollidys, all you see is greed! I love to sit here and read about how everyone knows what the hollidays are about, yet they sit there and complain about everything they do and don;t have! What people got them, what they should of gotten them. What happened to just being happy that people showed up to your party's or showers? What happened to being thankful for everything you already have? I had a birthday party the other day,and i wrote about how thankful i am for all of my friends and family coming, not every gift they got me. The gifts are so unimportant, things don;t make you happy! What good is having everything you want, if you have noone to share it with! I have everything that i need, i have a roof over my head, i have clothes to put on my back(maybe not brand new stlish outfits, but they fit n thats all that matters), i have never been without food, i have never been without a doctor when i needed one, I have never been without family and friends! YOu wanna know what my christmas list was? It was nothing, there is nothing that i need! My family is all coming over on christmas, thats all that i need!! There are things i want sure, but never so badly that i expect others to get it for me. But i sit here and watch people mooch as much as they can from others, and make a list of more than 20 things! Things of absolutely no importance! I really hope and pray that one day you can be happy with what you have, bc if you can't do that, then you will never truly be happy, and that i find extremely sad! Friends!!

On Wednesday night Jon, friends, and I all went out to celebrate my birthday! It was one of the best nights of my life! It really made me realize how fortunate we are for the amount of friends we have! I was always told that if you have a couple good friends then you are ahead in life. But we have more than a couple of friends, and not just friends...really good friends! So before this gets too mushy lol i just wanted to say thanks to everyone who made my birthday special!!

The last couple are family but they are still my good friends who are there for me no matter what, so thanks to mom dad n brother Nick for coming out 2 I love you guys!!!

On a lighter note, after tomorrow i get a huge 2 week break off from dance!! woo hoo I love holliday time off!! Im gonna miss it though i always do hah!
